An infill development consisting of 560 lots on 163 acres. The project included a bio-engineered channel restoration requiring approval from the Corps of Engineers and FEMA. JBI provided planning, zoning, engineering and surveying services for the project. Additionally, JBI provided landscape architecture for amenity center and channel area open space.
