Client: D.R. Horton Homes

A master-planned, new urbanistic, residential community on approximately 400 acres and containing approximately 1,400 lots. This project included two amenity centers, as well as a 25-foot fountain waterfall at the project's grand entrance. JBI provided engineering, surveying and landscape architecture for the project.
