Floodplain Projects - Dudley Branch

Project: Dudley Branch
Location: Carrollton, TX
Client: Memco Management Group

Dudley Branch was restored from a highly degraded drainageway to a prairie-type stream. Extensive coordination was required with the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in order to obtain the required permits. Approximately 71 percent of the surrounding floodplain was reclaimed as a result of this project.
