JBI provided master planning and construction plans for this 25-acre neighborhood park site. The master plan included a trailhead with connections to existing and future trail systems, playgrounds with shade structures over the equipment, an overlook area taking advantage of the natural topography of the site, as well as delineated preservation areas, enhanced paving areas and interpretive park signage along the trail system.
