Chuck McKinney, ASLA, manages the Landscape Architecture Group at the Dallas office of JBI Partners. He is experienced and qualified in urban planning, site design, site development and park planning, as well as landscape design including the use of hardscape and softscape materials. His project experience has included municipal, institutional and private developers. Chuck has been with JBI Partners since 1988.
