Jeff Miles, President and Partner, on name change from Jones & Boyd to JBI Partners:
"Our new name allows us to maximize the equity that we've built under the Jones & Boyd banner in the past 27 years, while at the same time showcasing the business philosophy that we've developed over that period. That philosophy is reflected by the word 'Partners' in the JBI Partners name. We want to be thought of by our clients as business partners, not just consultants. Our partnering effort is a key component of everything we do - from getting new projects off the ground to solving complex development issues. We measure ourselves by our clients' success, and those successes have resulted in many long-term client relationships."

"Our firm offers deep experience in the real estate development industry, most notably in the single family residential, multi-family and commercial / industrial sectors. We have also seen a recent uptick in healthcare and in urban redevelopment projects. Besides design services, JBI provides land entitlement services, due diligence studies and development cost analysis and audits. Our charge is to help our clients - our partners - create great projects, with an eye toward minimizing risk and increasing return on investment. We look at our projects from multiple perspectives to balance creativity and practicality, which we believe creates maximum value."
