Established in 1982, JBI Partners is a multi-disciplined design and consulting firm comprised of professional engineers, planners, landscape architects, land surveyors, technicians and managers. JBI Partners is successor to Jones & Boyd, Inc., a long established North Texas company. The firm has the capability of covering all aspects of land development services including land planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying and related services for real estate development and investment. With multiple offices in Texas, JBI is well-positioned, both geographically and professionally, to handle projects throughout the Southwestern United States.

JBI Partners is certified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and as a Minority Business Enterprise by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency. In addition, staff at JBI Partners are pre-certified by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to provide services in the following categories: major roadway design, bicycle and pedestrian facility development, survey, parcel plats, legal descriptions, right-of-way maps, and design and construction survey.
